Sewn Union Flags
Our sewn Union Jack Flags are exclusively UK manufactured from very durable flag fabric with a cotton like feel 155g/sqm intended for professional outdoor use. This is probably the strongest flag material on the market and conforms to British MOD (Ministry of Defence approved) specification.
All our sewn Union Jack flags are hand crafted by experienced seamstresses here in the UK. Material used is woven polyester, fixing traditional rope and toggle. Other flag fixings on request.
Other sizes on request: we can also make custom applique sewn flags, as well as national and international flags fully sewn on woven polyester, approved by the Ministry of Defence.
Printed Union flags
Our screen printed Union Jack Flags are manufactured from 115gsm Ministry of Defence approved knitted polyester flag fabric, the highest quality print fabric for professional outdoor use. Fixing: metal eyelets. Other flag fixing on request. Other sizes on request: we can also make custom printed flags, as well as national printed and international flags on knitted polyester, approved by Ministry of Defence. Print union Flag
Anti-fray:
Anti-Fray is optional. Anti-fray is sewn onto the opposite end of the reinforced flag fixing side and the mesh takes the wear out of the flag allowing flags to last longer with more durability.
